Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!

This was by far THE WORST hotel I've ever been at in my entire life. I'm not a complainer... I've never even written a bad review for any hotel ever before in my life. The room was so horrible that my fiance and I had to leave. She literally couldn't breath from the smoke in the room (it was a supposedly non-smoking room). The bathroom was covered in hair and when we called the front desk for them to clean it up, they sent a maintenance man with Oxyclean. We left to go stay at the Hyatt Place instead of spending the night. I called to get my money back on the following weekday and the manager refused to refund me my money. He said he was insulted and took personal offense to any complaints I had.
