This hotel could stand some major improvements in customer service and particularly the cleanliness of the hotel. When I booked my room I asked for 2 non-smoking rooms. When we arrived the rooms were dirty, smelled like smoke and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned. When I complained to the front desk the response was "I don't know what to tell you Mrs. Hearn, the room was cleaned and the room is non-smoking." I will not say at the establishment again and wouldn't recommend it.
