How to get around DC We drove to Arlington Cemetery and parked all day for under $10. From there we took the tour that does the cemetery and then over to DC. All day on and off the bus at will. It was great and a good bargain.

Great place to eat If you go into Fairfax near the "Fairfax Circle" (Where 29 & 50 intersect) there is a restaurant named Artie's. It is great. Good service, good food. It's part of a local group of restaurants called Great American Restaurants and all of them have a very similar menu (Artie's, Coastal Flats, Mike's, and Sweet Water Tavern), but I think Artie's is the best. I would not recommend going to each of these places on different days, though, unless you want to eat the same food over & over again, even though it is good. Prices are about $10-$20/plate. Try the salmon with the creamy potatoes. It's the best salmon I have ever had and the potatoes are great too.
