I'm sorry we had the experience of staying here. The staff was never helpful or considerate. The outside was dingy the inside of the lounge and rooms was worse. The bathrooms had not been cleaned, the fire detectors had been ripped from the walls, smoke in the non-smoking rooms, no fire extinguishers, the carpet was not vacummed, the wallpaper was stained and peeling, noise all night long, personal property was stolen, and when all this was told to the hotel staff, not even an apology--don't waste your money. |
