the hot breakfast was very good,and every room was with kitchenet...............so was very luxurious facilities

This review is for the Nationl 9 Colony Inn located in South Provo, Utah. It has the worst staff I have ever seen. The owner Dee is ok, but all of his staff is by far the worst. He has a lady at the front desk that has a problem with all kids and if you have a problem she will do anything to not take care of it including tell you that if you don't like it, just go somewhere else. I even saw her lock people out of their room and not let them back in to get their belongings. They only have 6 to 8 rooms that look like the ones in the photos. The rest are trash. I recommend not to stay there.
