Top Local Tips for Ogden

Strange town I grew up in the South so I have hightened expectations, but my wife and I both found Ogden very unfriendly. People never smiled, and just were not pleasant to be around, whether it be at the hotel, in a shop, or at a restaurant. There were a few notable exceptions, but we were struck by the general unfriendliness. It was not a pleasant town.

If you are a runner..... ....sign up for the Ogden Marathon/Half-Marathon. It was fantastic!!! Very well organized, beautiful scenery, virtually downhill the entire way.

Union Station Museum Check out the museum(s) at the old train station on 25th street. Displays include trains, gun, and old cars.
