We reserved a motel room with our credit card and informed the staff that we would arrive late. When we arrived at midnight, they gave us the key to our room. When we opened the door, somebody was already inside our room. The front desk clerk gave us another room and key. We opened up the door and the same thing happened. The front desk clerk then informed us that their motel was booked and they couldn't do anything about it. The motels in the area were all booked due to area sporting events over the weekend. We were basically left homeless with our two small children. It was a horrible experience and to add insult to our injury, the manager wouldn't return our phone calls and apologize for this mistake.
