Very Dark!

They tried hard to make it "cool" which some people might like but it was so dark! I had a hard time reading anything because the lighting was intentionally dim. I didn't like it. The service was not exceptional either. Good location. I have to young children and would NEVER take them to this hotel!!! We had a corner room and the street noise was awful.

Very good location on the riverwalk or close to it. Very nice view from the room.

A hotel with a sense of design

We stayed at Hotel Valencia almost a year ago, and you would think you would forget most of it by now, but we haven't. It was one of our most enjoyable stays anywhere. Beds were comfy and homely. The interior design was fantastic. We actually are in the process of remodelling our bathroom, and are using some of the same concepts. Guest services was very accommodating, and the hotel is in a perfect location. Once you walk downstairs you are on the river walk. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
