What a great place!

Our primary purpose in choosing this hotel was the proximity to Seaworld but soon learned is that this hotel has much more going for it than just a great location. The hotel pool was beautiful and relaxing, the food at the restaurant was fabulous and the activities they had for our kids were non stop! At night they had fire pits for the kids to grill smoors and different activity rooms for the kids to play in. We really enjoyed our stay at this first class hotel and look forward to returning soon. Thanks for making our stay such a pleasurable one.

Great hotel that is falling appart

As long as you do not care about your room being cleaned or being able to open the drawers this is a nice hotel. The outside is well kept, the pool is nice (although only half the jets in the spa work). The feeling I received from the cleaning staff was flippant and uncaring. We had to demand our room to be cleaned at 7:00 pm having not been touched all day. The closet door was broken and off the track. The handles were missing from the cabinet and dresser. We had cream for the coffee only on the first day then they even took the ones we brought in. Coffee mugs and glasses were not changed and there were no bags for the ice bucket. I spoke to the manager and his response was that he was too busy right now to discuss this. Trust me stay elsewhere if you want a clean room!
