I usually stay at the Ashmore in Lubbock as I know I will get a nice room for a good rate. The room has always been clean and comfortable. I am always treated well by the front desk personnel. I appreciate the evening cocktails and morning breakfast. It is close and convenient to dining and shopping. Will stay there again.

Caprock Cafe If you are in the mood for a great burger and a beer, visit Caprock Cafe in Lubbock. Tucked into a shopping center behind a CVS, this restaurant has personality: from the walls to the waitstaff. There are plenty of TVs inside or on the patio so you can watch your favorite game and enjoy some down and dirty chicken fingers, a queso burger, or some Texas toothpicks (fried onion and jalapeno strips). We make a point to stop at Caprock every time we visit Lubbock!
