My flight was cancelled and American Airlines (AA) issued vouchers to this hotel. This was the worse experience in my entire life. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted by a musty rotted-wood smell. The water features were cluttered with debris and the hotel was dimly lit. The first room given to me was a pit; I could touch the drooping, rust stained ceiling with my hand and I am by no means a tall person. The beds where dirty and the furniture was dusty. I refused to stay in the room. I was given a suite. This room had a king bed, tattered and stained sofa, a desk and chair (both of which appeared to come from an alley somewhere). The walls had streamer still tapped to them
I guess someone had a party. I wanted to cry but did not because I did not want to use the musty towels in the bathroom to wipe my face. I sat up all night in the desk chair waiting for the earliest shuttle back to the airport (4 a.m.). I was with a group of people and later found out that they requested wake up calls. Well guess what
the phones did not work, so an employee went around knocking on the doors waking up the guest who requested wake up calls. This seems unreal, but believe me, I could go on. Jeers to AA for sending their customers to this raunchy hotel. This place should be closed down and boarded up.

Hotel looked ok when you walked in but afterwards your in hell. Everything closes at 10p.m.!! I mean everything! The lights are turned off so you cant see what your doin. Sitting in the lobby in the couches and chairs are just talkin to my family, they turned off the lights. Just playin cards with the family being quiet they turn the lights off!! We couldnt do anything after 10!!! Then their so called "continental" breakfast was only a little cart of coffee and a small plate of danish! I suppose they wanted you to purchase their ridicously priced omelets and pancakes! And the last night of our stay, 5 am in the morning we are woken up by the fire alarm! After 10 mins. of waiting outside we were told it was a false alarm and go back to bed. Well, I have to get up at 7 anyways so it will be really hard to go back to bed! I would never stay there again! When I go to texas to visit family, there are alot of us there so we all like to gather somewhere spacious to talk or play cards! It's kinda hard to play in the dark! I dont like to be told to go to bed which is basically what they are doing!!! Never Again!!
