Top Local Tips for Houston

Great Shopping Houston has a lot of great shopping and restaurants. You can go to the Galleria and hit the mainstream restaurants, but ask around for unique places to shop and eat. In the Westheimer area there are antique shops and great regional focused shops that you won’t find anywhere else.

Do not reccommend... I don't recommend eating at the italian restraunt around the corner, Arcodoro. We split a salad and literally had to seperate the lettuce ourselves onto two plates, were charged $10 for that. The ravioli that came as a meal were 3 raviolis about 3-4" a piece. The seating is cramped and as we were placed near the door we froze the entire time.
