We booked (.com) and pre-paid for a hotel room for four ladies attending a conference. When we arrived, our room had one king size bed. We were told by the front desk that there were no rooms available with two double beds or roll-a-ways. The only option we were given by management was to purchase an additional room at the same rate. So, we had to double our cost in order to avoid sleeping on the floor. Very poor customer service if you ask us!
