Very disappointing

I was very disappointed to not have hot water in such a nice hotel. Saturday night while getting ready for our dinner reservation as well as Sunday morning both times only cold water. My friends were a few rooms down where they did have hot water. When I told them as I checked out they did not seem concerned.

Top Local Tips for Austin
Dining I ate at the Hyde Park Bar & Grill and Central Market (breakfast) - both are on West Gate and are not too far from the Omni. Both were very good.
Visit the Iquana Grill on Lake Travis Good food, live entertainment, great view (go for the sunset)
Mexican bats 1. You dont have to necessarily book the boat tour. There is a viewing area very close to the Congress bridge, from which you can easily watch the bats take off. 2. You may check before you reach there, if there is indeed a regular bat take off in the recent past, because when we were there, they never took off in a batch. The boat tour guide informed us it was lean season this year, due to rains.
