Very very very disappointed!

I visited the Valley Forge Inn this last weekend..and to my surprise it was horrible..The front desk clirk was terribly rude, and the room when I walked in was a mess..The floors were not vacummed, and the bathroom was uncalled for! I was very disappointed, because I had heard all these great things about the Valley Forge Inn, and I spent my money for nothing...If I was you, I would not go to the Vally Forge Inn...you WILL NOT get your money's worth!

I understand that when reviews are anonymous many people feel emboldened to write or speak their disapproval, but it would be helpful in responding if a little more information was available to us. I do not know to which rooms many of these guests are referring, so we are at somewhat of a disadvantage. I would just like to respond by saying that the Dept. of Health Inspector was just here on April 5th and we received a score of 96/100 on the rooms that were inspected. I realize that it is impossible to make everyone happy, but we will continue through our customer service and hard work to make as many happy as possible!

front desk attendant very rude

front desk attendant was very rude when we had issues with the room. We asked for a different room, was told there were no vacancies. There were 2 people that checked in without a reservation while we were talking to the other attendant. We will never return to a place where honesty is not the best policy.

We have 16 different room types at the Valley Forge Inn and a total of 171 rooms. We have some guests that check-in who have reservations, and we have other guests who check-in without having a previous reservation. If a guest was told that we did not have another room to move them into but then proceeded to check-in new guests, it was probably because we had a different room type still available to rent to the new guest or they already had a reservation.

Have you ever been to pigeon forge? I have many times. I'v stayed at almost every hotel and motel there is but my favorite hands down is Valley Forge Inn. Why may you ask? Because its in the middle of the action. Its within walking distance of some great restreants and dinner shows so why would you stay anywhere else?

about 4 years ago,my wife and i wanted a winter break so we headed for pigeon forge. we stayed at the valley forge inn for 4 nights . our accomadations and location was a very pleasant experience . we are looking forward to another 4 nights there in less than 2 weeks.

I stayed at Valley Forge Inn for 3 nights in one of the family suites.with my parents and my family at first the room we had was musty smelling. but my dad and I went and talked to Management and they changed our room no problem. the room we had a was real nice and clean.
it had very comfy beds and good service. I would stay there again if and when I come back down to Pigeon Forge.

We where very pleased with our room. The room was very large it had an upstairs and down stairs. The room was very clean. For this price $58 a night you can not find a better deal.

Our first visit to Valley Forge Inn Nov.9&10 2003 and everything was excellent. I asked to see the room before registering and the lady was very nice and helpful,as were all the other employees we saw and talked to.Very friendly and helpful!!!!!!! Our room was very clean and the fireplace was wonderful. The pool and spa were also very nice.We will stay there on our next visit!!!

I love the valley forge inn.. Me and my family have stayed there at least 10 times. The indoor pool is great. The rooms are very nice.
Staff is very nice. Great breakfast in the morning. Has everything from bagels, ceral,toast,muffins,juice.

It has been several months since our last visit to Valley Forge Inn, but we will return soon I hope. My family recently visited Pigeon Forge, but were unable to stay in Valley Forge because we had not made a reservation, and the suites were all booked up. We had to stay at another hotel, which I will not name, but is supposed to be one of those really great places, and was way too expensive. I would trade it for the Valley Forge any day. We love it and hope to be back this winter...Thanks.

me and a couple of my friends stayed at the valley forge inn a couple mounths ago and we loved it .The rooms were beautiful and the people were very friendly. overall i loved staying at the valley forge inn and would reccomend it to anyone .

See Before You Stay ALWAYS demand to see a motel room before you pay to stay in it for the evening.
