We arrived on Friday at 4pm. AFter checking in, we set the AC to high, closed the drapes and left for the evening. When we returned, our room was at least 80 degrees! We called the front desk and was promised that maintenance was on the way. They never showed up! We called and asked for a fan... same story, we'll send one up... no fan. The next morning, we received no apology... and had to fight to get a $9 refund on a $90 bill! The man ahead of me got $3 off! I didn't care about the money... I wanted my family to be comfortable. The front desk manager on Saturday morning was a scruffy, unshaved 25 year old with no name badge and no uniform. He was rude! Also in case you have allergies, beware of Shower Mold!
