The staff was very nice and most helpful. The hotel needs to be renovated, but I believe this process has already started. It was probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in.

we rented scooters in the mall The Opryland Mall was huge. They have a scooter rental there that was extremely helpful to those of us with mobility issues
