Very convenient and comfortable

These days finding a safe, clean place to stay at a reasonable price is a real problem. My favorite place to stay in Nashville while attending country music events and for health care accommodations was recently bought out by new owners who are careless about cleanliness and customer service. The last time I stayed there I was so embarrassed because I took another couple with me and we were actually afraid because of the atmosphere (evidence of drug traffic and prostitution). Needless to say I had to seek out other accommodations for future visits to the city. I had heard of Fiddler's Inn but was afraid it was too pricy for my budget. Since I have chronic arthritis and lymph edema in my legs and feet, I am unable to walk and access to events with minimal walking is a real help. We love to attend the midnight jamboree and shop at Ernest Tubb record shop so this facility really filled the bill. This is the second time we have stayed at fiddler's inn and certainly will not be the last. The facility is well maintained and very comfortable in my opinion, however my friend thought the beds were too firm. Oh well, this sounds like the three bears. HA HA.... seriously the room was nice, the pool was cool in l00 degree heat index weather and I did not feel uneasy staying there. Every where you looked you saw country music fans and "hopeful
Entertainers" singing in their best form hoping to be "discovered". The only criticism I have for the area is that another 24 hour restaurant be opened to serve the late night hungry fan that finds that the only place open is the waffle house on McGavock Pike. There was a McDonaldÂ’s but we don't care for clown burgers. A Wendy's, White Castle, or Krystal might be nice. If I am wrong about what's available, please correct me. Thank you and keep up the good work. I appreciate your dedication to serving the public in such an efficient manner.
