Hotel was good and the staff on reception were very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was ok only being about fifteen minutes walk from Beale Street but that said there's not much to do in Memphis unless you're there for a Friday and Saturday. Let the hotel organise the Graceland tour for you, even if you're not and Elvis fan, it's not much extra and it'll be door to door with a free mini tour of the music studious thrown in. The only meals available was breakfast of muffins, toast and cereal with coffee/juice but as much as you wanted.
