No way this is anything above a 2 star hotel!

Check in was laborious and slow. Non-smoking rooms were in short supply but based on a room that smelled more like a morgue than a hotel room, I think the smoking room would have been better. Felt like I had to wear my shoes in the room as the carpet and the walls looked like they were a century old and had never been cleaned. I checked out after one night and moved to a different hotel - even though I had a four night reservation. I love Memphis and from any other hotel, the city is spectular. These guys give the Hilton Hotel brand a bad name. Never again!!
