The worst, no loyalty

Please do not stay here. We booked five rooms for a 2 night stay. After taking our credit card info and confirming the reservations management called and cancelled all five rooms stating that there would be a 3 night minimum. We have stayed here for the last 15 years and this place has no loyalty to its customers at all. I urge you to boycott the Kingwood.
