I stayed at the hotel on a Wednesday night, got a great rate. The people were friendly and informative. I called on my way back through on Saturday night, the people remembered me from the previous time and gave me the same rate as before. I thought the rooms were very clean and the people were very friendly. I will stay at this hotel from now own on my way up through Tennessee and I will recommend it for anyone.

The price was extremely great. The location was right off the interstate with plenty of restuarants within walking and driving distance. The room was extremely clean and the staff friendly and helpful. When in Cleveland I will be staying at Exclusive Quarters.

(I have receipts, cell phone call records, & witnesses to back up claim) On 9/8/05, around 6:30 PM, I checked in my aunt, uncle (very elderly married couple -- X & Y, Tuscadaro, CA) & their daughter Z (age 60) into 'Exclusive Quarters,' through a reputable local travel agency, located in Cleveland, TN. I paid cash for two nights for room #121, for the 3 to reside. After I left (they were tired from their flight), Z decided to reserve a room of his own, and rented room #112 for two nights too.

We ended up moving all three of them the next day to a family member's home. The motel refunded Z's night but would not refund X & Y's night which was paid in cash. Absolutely NO damage was reported or outrageous behavior displayed. When asked for the refund (3x) we were repeated rebuffed. We are now working on the refund through state consumer complaint agency & the local BBB.

Also, this is an AAA listed motel, but when I asked for an AAA rate (current AAA member); no additional monetary amount was dropped from the stated rate as promised in their advertisements. I did not argue but paid the stated rate for two nights in cash. This should have been my warning sign that the management of this motel allegedly does unfair business with customers.
