When I reserved two rooms three weeks in advance I was told check in time was 2 pm. We got there at about 2:30 and the hotel clerk said the two rooms would be ready about 4:00 and I explained we had a wedding that 6 women had to get ready for so he was nice and gave us 1 room to get ready in. The room air conditioner did not work but we dealt with it. At about 4:00 I called the desk and was told that the rooms would not be ready today since the current occupants were staying an extra night. Evidently, they take our reservations but don't keep our reservations. The hotel clerk did not know if she had anymore available rooms but would check and get back with us. About 4:30 we went down and had words with her and got us two rooms on the 4th floor. But only 1 toilet worked correctly. Not once did anyone say they were sorry for the inconvenience. Subsequently, over four days I called the hotel manager a dozen times on the hotel number and his cell phone leaving messages each time and he failed to return any of my calls. Therefore we will contact the Better Business Bureau regarding their poor customer service.
