Absolutly fantastic service. Staying for the sturgis rally and got the best rate in town. Rooms are clean, spacious, and employees are friendly. Was going to stay at the Hampton inn (next door) but was treated as if i was not important. Saved money next door and was treated in a very professional and respectful manner.

Reserved suite for 3 nights, but upon arrival was told none available. I asked to cancel the reservation and was told by the manager, MS. Michelle Lipker that I HAD better accept a downscaled room because I was going to be billed regardless?????? Airlines aren't the only ones that overbook are they now????? Immediately contacted my credit card security branch and was told Microtel had just filed a preliminary bill for all 3 nights lodging. So you have an obvious crooked company, enabled by the obviously lobotomized manager, MS. Lipker. What a sad crew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
