Filthy dirty and understaffed

We had a horrible time at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach. We waited 2 days for sheets for our kid's bed, towels and our room was cleaned 1 day out of 7. The last night we found a huge cockroach in our bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and had plenty of room and a good view of the ocean. The kids enjoyed the facilities especially the water playground. The on-site store had many conveniences. Parking was at premium and location to beach made easy access. Good experience overall.
