We had reservations for the Ocean Plaza, an affiliate hotel. They called and told us there was a problem and I could not get two consecutive nights there but said there was room available in another hotel owned by them. It was the Polynesian. This resort turned out to be dirty, moldy, had unsupervised children running the halls and passageways all night. A night staff that didn't care. The mattresses have no covers and the springs were in terrible shape. They looked to be about 30 years old. The mold in the shower was inexcusable. Parking was not available on site, forcing you to park behind other run-down buildings. I've never seen a hotel with signs warning you not to use the stairs. The hotel is run-down and with everything else in the area converting to condominiums the owners are just collecting the money and not keeping up the facility.
