Room looked like it was decorated by the Mad Hatter. Putrid green, mismatched bedding, pillowcases too small for the pillows, knobs off the TV, broken microwave, dirty, bent forks, unpleasant staff. Decrepid elevators that smelled of oil and lights didn't work.

Horrible staff and rude

I stayed at this hotel, was supposed to be for 3 nights and 4 days and turned in to one night, and that was it. Six of my friends and I all went for a short vacation, arrvied early Sat the 31, had a great day on the beach. Woke up early on Sun, the 1st to start the day on the beach. We all went down to it, came back to our room not too long after, and our entire hotel room had been robbed. We didn't use our safe because my purse alone would not have fit in it. The whole reason you pay for a hotel room is for the SECURITY of your stuff. We had BOTH keys that were given to us, and the front desk printed a list of all the cards that were used and it was only ours.. so I know for A FACT it was the staff and we had to leave with NOThing that we brought with us, and no refund of a room that SOMEONE else had access to .. Don't Stay Here

Elevators were slow... nice view of the ocean... very good for the cost. For a luxurious hotel look elsewhere.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

They did not have our reservation when we got there. Created for us a billing echoes. The room was dirty. They did not bother to offer us an alternative. Our clothes and items were stolen from the room and the general manager never retuned our call. The service was terrible; we left there and stayed the remaining of the week in a cheaper and cleaner hotel.
