We have travelled all over the country (my husband all over the world) and this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The staff was rude, our reservations were not complied with by the staff. We had a lot of problems including damage to out motorcycle from a staff member! They never made things right and gave us nothing but grief and empty promises. I called and wrote about our situation to the owners and never heard back!!!
