NASTY. This was the worst ever. It STUNK in our room and it was DIRTY. There were ROACHES in the sink and in the tub. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door where someone evidently had punched through it. There were hairs all in the tub. The maid REEKED of alcohol and could barely walk straight when she came in to get food from the refrigerator that she LEFT in there. I don't even think it was really CLEANED. We couldn't back out as we would have lost our money. WAYYYYY too expensive for what it is. We could have went down the street and got a MUCH nicer room at the same or lower cost. DO NOT STAY HERE. I couldn't even believe how nasty it was.

Nightmare!!!!!

Hotel nightmare! I have stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and have experience good and bad, but this hotel by far is the worst I’ve experienced. The room was terrible, the lock on the door was busted the secure chain was missing and there was at least a half inch gap all round the door to see the outside. The bed lien didn’t appear to be clean and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been sweep in days. The nighttime security guard does nothing but chat and talk with the drunks on the balcony (at 2:00 AM). The A/C had a terrible smell; the TV remote was broken.

We tried three rooms in this poor excuse for a hotel. Finally we just left. With no refund. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on those beds.

Woudn't stay there again...

Very overpriced for that time of year (and when compared to the other hotels near by). The first room they put us in had no electricity and the phone did not work, (we had to change rooms). The other room was very cold, the heat did not work right. The room was not very nice--there were holes in the comforter and a hole through the bathroom door. Location was good.

The place is great for Spring Break. It was fun I will stay there next time. Close to Freaky tiki!
