We had crackheads on both side of our room and even more prostitutes who offered to do everything for just $20.
Its a scandal that this hotel is even listed, it should be named to CrackHouse.

I don't consider it high class but it was clean as an older motel can be and there were maids promptly in the am.
I will and have recommended it to others...
It is very reasonable the kid loved the pools and even enjoyed the lazy river next-door (the receptionist said it was all owned by the same person).

Booked our stay online, non-refundable, but when entering the lobby, I noticed the large "No Refunds for Early Checkout" sign, figured that it was because of hurricane evacuations or something, WRONG! This place is absolutely nasty, and no one would willingly stay there once they have seen inside their room.
The first thing you notice is a strong odor that permeates the entire building. Upon getting into our room, we noticed that a cheeseburger (or some sort of projectile obviously loaded with ketchup, pickle, and mustard) had been splattered on the walls and never cleaned off, probably weeks/months/years ago. The first trip to the bathroom brought to our attention that someone had smeared feces on the bathroom cabinet. And this is your idea of "SANITIZED FOR YOUR PROTECTION"? All of the plumbing fixtures leaked or had some other woe, including the toilet leaking around its seal. I regret it being a weekend and not taking the time to notify local health officials. Impossible to get housekeeping, no maid service (of course that was obvious from the crap on the cabinet!)we finally found someone and begged for fresh towels and linens around 4:00 P.M., even though we had had the "attn Maid" sign on our door since 7 a.m. Wife spent 2 hours the second day cleaning the room up herself, not to her satisfaction, but at least to the point where she felt good enough about it to lay her head down the 2nd night. The front desk person is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered, obviously a transplant from somewhere besides the South, where people generally tend to at least treat each other like human beings if they were brought up down there. This place even charges .30 for local telephone calls in a day and age where this simply no longer happens. They charge $5 for plastic keycards that have so much advertisement on them you can barely find the magnetic strip; you know they are supplied to the hotel free of charge.
Our weekend getaway was thrown together last minute and we had no alternative (I have reached the age where driving from hotel to hotel inspecting rooms, haggling prices, finding vacancies is not an option, I want to have a room waiting for me when I get there). But I can say this, I make no less than 4 trips per year to MBSC, and you can do MUCH better for your money elsewhere... almost anywhere else would be a better stay and bargain that the Court Capri. For the past several years, I have stayed mainly in the North Myrtle Beach or Little River sections of the Grand Strand and we came to Myrtle at the request of the kids this time.... well, now I know why parents are in charge. Besides, Myrtle Beach isn't really where the action is anymore, at least not for a family, it's north of there, Bearfoot Landing, NMB, and from now on I'll certainly try and keep our lodging in Little River or NMB where the rooms are clean, the staffs are friendly and accommodating, and Southern Hospitality is not a fantasy, but a reality.

Top Local Tips for Myrtle Beach
Drunken Jack's Seafood We drove down to Murrel's Inlet to eat at Drunken Jacks. There was a long wait, but it was worth it. Excellent food, views, and service. Mid-high price range.
Budget Dining & The Local Newspaper We had an insert from the local newspaper that was to be a guide for local restaurants including cuisine style and price. Our dinners are usually in the average range - about $10-15 per entree. We generally go to places like Hard Rock, Margarittaville, Longhorn, Chilis. We chose Key West Grille because the paper had it in our price range and the cuisine sounded good. Once we sat down, ordered drinks and opened the menu we were shocked. This is an upscale priced menu - $30 for a filet. The patio chairs are the resin patio chairs. "Glasses" are acrylic and so are the plates. It's in the middle of Broadway at the Beach. We don't mind splurging at times but for a $30 entree we want the location, atmosphere and utensils to be of the $30 entree category as well. We ended up eating $12 sandwiches and though they were good, we won't be back.
Peace & Quite The beach is nice place to go when summer is coming to a end, just to relax with that book you have been mening to read and never found the time in our working world time. Just pull up the chair on the balcony and enjoy .

The pool and pool area was dirty. Our balcony was DISGUSTING- the Astroturf was moulding and the plastic chairs and table where dirty. This was supposed to be a romantic vacation for my fiancé and I and because of how nasty this place was I could only bare to make love once- it grossed me out that much. This place is for college boys without high standards of cleanliness or trashy people. If you have standards of cleanliness or service do not ruin your time by staying here- and if you're thinking- it's probably not that bad YOU ARE WRONG!
