Great Hotel, Clean, Curteous and fun!

We have stayed at Coral Beach for the past six years. We love it. There is wireless on the 4th floor and Lobby floor. Unit 228 has wireless service because it is inside the lobby, a very nice room!The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The Hotel is very clean and the pools are well maintained. My family recommends this hotel We have two children ages 6 and 8, they love it!

Me and my family have been staying here ever since they first opened there doors and we love it. it is ALWAYS CLEAN and spotless. They just renovated the room over last fall so they were nice and fresh while we went in March. The front desk staff was VERY friendly also. SOmething that I always noticed here and that didn't happen at other places that i have stayed at is that the pools are cleaned every morning. (the indoor and outdoor)

Room for Improvement

Overpriced for the quality and service rendered. Housekeeping maginal at best. Room had a precarious odor, went out and bought Lysol to mask it. Room cleaned only four of the seven days we were there and the cleaning job was nothing spectacular. I made three requests at the front desk, one verbal and two in writing, to have the toilet fixed as it literally ran continuously for the seven days we were there. Also asked three times to have the door lock looked at as you had to vigorously slam the door to get it to close and lock. Had to be anoying to the neighboring rooms, but there was nothing I could do about it. Elevators very slow. No high speed internet or wireless anywhere in the complex, just painfully slow 28.6k phone dial-up...OUCH! The staff, both cleaning and front desk were friendly but ineffective.
