Top Local Tips for Myrtle Beach

Knowing Myrtle Beach A lot of hotels look great in brochures and on-line, so be very careful when booking. Make sure that your rental agency is the one on property. A lot of hotels in Myrtle Beach are really condo's and have off-site rental agencies renting some of the units. With the off-site rental agencies..you get absolutely no housekeeping or maintenance on site..so if something happens during your stay, you're basically stuck. I have found that going with a larger management company saves you alot of headaches. I always book with Patricia REsorts. They have resorts up and down the beach. This year I stayed at Camelot, but this summer I'm going to stay at their new resort in N Myrtle - Prince REsort..it's rihjt next to the Cherry Grove Pier

Eat at Angelo's Steak at Angelo's is always excellent!!!

Don't Go to Myrtle Myrtle beach is the trashiest beach I have ever been to. Go to Floridas Gulf Coast, or if you want to stay local rent a house at Sunset Beach.
