Customer service is nowhere in this place. I was looking forward to my stay and would have come back if only the staff would have been decent.The bartender even
insulted my choice of drink.We ordered wine for our room and we got it,but it came with no bottle opener and noone wanted to bring us one.The restaurant looks misleading in the brochures, as well. I would say everytime we asked about anything, we got treated as if we were bothering them!The only positive would have to be the lazy river.the rooms could use some updating and the staff needs a major class in how to treat the guests.I will definately go some where else next time.

Friends of mine stayed at this hotel and were robbed at gunpoint in their hotel room. Apparently, they have no cameras and the exit doors at the end of the hotel hallways are never locked. The hotel has yet to do anything for the group besides claim in through their insurance. They didn't even appologize for the event. These people could have been shot to death in their hotel room because of poor security messures and the hotel could'nt say sorry. My friends had to ask for a room change. Don't stay here. It's not safe!
