Sludge was in our Tub

My family stayed in this "resort" from 3/11-3/13. We were promised an "A" room, but were placed in a "B" room. Our front door did not lock, the air conditioner did not work, wiring was visible behind the refrigerator, the eyes did not plug in the stove tops correctly, the knobs of the stove were easily accessible to small children, and thumbtacks were holding up the wallpaper in areas. This room was not kid safe or even kid friendly, even though they were told 3 kids under age 2 would be in the room. The two major problems were: the air conditioning wiring was hooked into the power. There was a major short in the wiring, so the room was a fire hazard when using the electricity. And, sludge with visible BM appeared in our bathtub. Maintenance came to fix this problem and simply vacuumed up the sludge. They did not fix the drain or even disinfect the tub. This posed a major health risk, since lots of dieases are transmitted through stool. This prompted my family to end our vacation early. The resort refused to refund our money for our stay. This place was absolutely horrible.
