Poor Customer Service

We had to wait upon check-in, there was only ONE person on duty to handle check-in, telephone calls, calls from maintenace and housekeeping....... unorganized! We had asked for a clean bedspread and pillow, housekeeping took the dirty ones and never returned with clean ones and I was charged for these items. I have tried several times to call and talk to someone, have heard nothing in 7 hours!! Very displeased!!

We found the room to be satisfactory. The balcony was very poor, due to concrete droppings on the railings. (from rhe construction on the taller building next door) It felt very dirty. The pool itself was adequate, but the noise level there was extremely loud. No one seemed to observe that area. Many were screaming up to people on high balconies. Most of the users seemed to have no concern for pool safety. Consequently, we did not use the pool. We found the employees to be helpful.
