Not customer service friendly - Mgr very rood

Weekend Breaker

First room the fridge did not work, 2nd room air did not work, mgr told us she was going to have it fixed and did not. The mgr did not even bother to call us back to tell us that she did not fix the air and would not give her name or the owners name. Also, we were told we would be across the street from the beach they have another building which is a half mile down from the main building. Also, the ice machine in the 2nd building did not work we had to walk to the first building just to get ice. The manager was not helpful and very rood. horrible customer service . . . . . . . . .
