Beaches Isle of Palm, Folly Beach

Very historical town I Iove historical homes, I am very happy walking the historical distric of Charleston,enjoying the lovely homes and gardens. My favorite historical homes open to the public are-Haywood Washington House and Nathanial Russell House. My path is Meeting St. to the battery, turn left at the part and walk along the river up to the Market. King Street has lots of antiques as does Church Street. Gibbs Museum is a must as is the Dock Street Theather.The churches are wonderful. Ofter the Scots Presbyterian Church on Meeting Stret even has bag pips. Don't forget if you want to do southern genealogical research, there are several libraries. Check out the Citidal and Charleston College. I love CHarleston and every visit is a great experience.Of yes, if you like crab or lobster, I ALWAYS have either the crab or lobster salad at the Charleston Place Restaurant.
