My daughter and I recently stayed at this Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Duty Manager Rachel who on our late arrival arranged sandwiches and drinks for us and Concierge Kevin McQuade who arranged a personal itinerary for us which was appropriate to our needs and of excellent quality. We stayed at hotels belonging to five of the top chains in our recent tour of the eastern states and this was the one we enjoyed the most.
