Ocean outlook points If you like to meditate to the ocean waves, you can curbside park for free along first beach on Memorial drive or go to the ocean side park on Ocean drive and sit on benches. Also, Breton State park also has free parking to view the ocean (and picnic on the green). Rhea's Inn By The Sea offered paper maps of roads as well as detailed maps (of Newport) in the sitting rooms to help you get around.
