| Overpriced and understaffed |

For $150 a night we had a room with a soaking wet carpet. So we called and got sent a different room. This one came without toilet paper which wasn't delivered for many hours. The whole place smells of cig. smoke. Elevators are tired. No towels at the pool any of three times went there. Only one person on desk Friday evening. Only one maintenance person working 6 story hotel. Breakfast was OK but no eggs or sausage or similar. Included bagels, cereal and waffles only. This is not luxury living [or even 2 star] despite photos on-line. Would only stay there again if it was free. Best thing I can say about it is that it was only 1/2 hour from Pocono raceway and Jiffy Lube and a grocery store was across the street. |
