Roosevelt inn is convenient and easy to find in Philly. The room was nice, the beds good and firm. Free parking on site. We will be staying here again.

Kinda Disappointing...

Honestly I scheduled two nights stay, and didn't spend more than 20 minutes in my room the entire time... On the second day I let the manager know that I was actually not going to stay for that time period and requested a refund for the second night.. of which I was denied. The "Motel" as I was rudely informed is not a Hotel, and was quite unsatisfactory in customer service for the short time I spent there..
