The Worst Experience I've Ever Had

I booked the room for Valentine's Day Evening which was to follow a dinner in Philadelphia. When we arrived at the Windsor, they informed me that there were no more rooms available. I explained that I had booked the room, but apparently that did not matter as the hotel has no idea of how to keep a reservation, they can take reservations, but don't know how to keep them. Their compensation was to give me a room at a Comfort Inn in King of Prussia, PA. King of Prussia is 20 miles west of the city, nowhere near the bars we were going to go out to, it also 3 miles from where I live, not exactly romantic. After an extensive argument I decided that I had no choice but to accept the other room and thus ended what should have been a fun and romantic evening. I never received an apology, and my phone calls and letters to the Windsor have all gone un-answered. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CERTAINLY NOT THEIR SPECIALTY.

This is the first time I stayed in studio type hotel. Good impression on your service/staff. Suggestion: Heating system needs to be improved.
