Pleasant with glitches
Some noise, as if members of the staff were having arguments. This on a Sunday night, between midnight and 3 AM. It might have come from outside, but hard to tell.
We left a battery recharger and were told it would be sent to us. After trying twice to get it back, we gave up. Clearly someone else wanted it -- and got it -- although the staff assured us that it had been found and would be sent along.
And the taxi service wasn't -- service, that is. Preumably everyone has a car who comes there.
Other than that -- the location was lovely, everybody very friendly. I don't remember much about the room, so it must have been just fine.

Spacious with Excellent Food
I thoroughly enjoy my stays at the Chestnut Hill. The annex room where I stay is very spacious. The food at the Chestnut Grill is fabulous. The quaint town the hotel is located in is very enjoyable and a fun place to shop.
