My room was filthy. The carpet had not been hoovered, and a week later, still wasn't. Cigarette butts under the bed, filthy mirrors, enough dust to stuff a mattress. The washbasin plug broke, as did the ironing board, also one of the lamps. I stopped complaining and cleaned the room myself. The hotel is in an excellent location with free parking. Staff are friendly, and the food is good. The housekeepers must ensure the rooms are cleaned properly.
