Don't get sick
I had not in the past had trouble with this hotel. I called today 10/28 to cancel my reservation for tonight due to I had surgery and couldn't travel yet. The woman I spoke told me she would not charge me because of my hospitalization but to call by 6pm if not coming tomorrow and I still wouldn't be charged.
I did just that and the gentleman told me they were still going ton charge me for today. Be careful don't get sick or you will pay dearly.
By the way I am calling my bank and stop payment on those fees.
