The customer service was okay. We arrived late, and had to wait for the desk clerk. Once he arrived (3 minutes max), he checked us in, and told us where our room was. I was amazed at the size of the suite which included a spacious living room with a TV, fridge, microwave, and a couple of couches. I then walked into the bathroom which included a whirlpool tub. Next, I went intto the bedroom which had a king sized bed, another TV, a beautiful desk, and was, by the way, extremely large. I was quite impressed with the hotel, and am about to book another stay. |

| Horrible Waiting Time |
|
I booked a room many months in advance to go to the Phillies games for the weekend. I arrived at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon to check-in. The clerk at the desk asked if I could wait in the lobby till a room opened up. I checked again at 3:00 p.m. to see what was going on because no one made an effort to let me know. They said nothing has opened up yet. Finally at 4:30 p.m. (2 1/2 hours later) a new clerk at the desk calls me up to the desk and says "We have no rooms available here but you could stay next door at the Radisson. By the way here is a free breakfast coupon for the morning." O.K., I just waited 2 1/2 hours for a room I booked months in advance and now they tell me I can't even stay here. Not to mention I now will miss the batting practice at the Phillies game and all I get is a free breakfast coupon. This was horrible customer service. |
