Crayola Factory Crayola Factory is 2 blocks from the hotel. Park in the hotel parking lot and walk down as there is not alot of metered parking and the parking garage charges 4.00 an hr. The Crayola factory does charge around $9.50 per adult to get in, but AAA gives you a discount. It includes a demonstration on how crayons are made. You can also use all the products Crayola makes to draw, paint, color, use the quick dry clay to make a pendant or ornament. I really enjoyed making all of the arts and crafts and it is all free. The factory is open in the winter from 930am to 3pm weekdays. Plan to go during the weekday if you don't want to be mobbed with kids. There is also a McDonalds on the premise which also closes at 3pm, but there is another McDonalds across the street from the Quality Inn. Kids of all ages will enjoy the Crayola factory. On the top level of the factory is the history of Pennsylvania canals.
