Harrisburg capital State Capital tour is wirth visiting. It is one of most colorful Capitals I have visited. Carlisle is about half hour away from many tourist attractions.

You'd be surprised at all there is to do in this town I was amazed at all the things to do in this area. It is close enough to the state Capitol if you want to visit Harrisburg. It's close to Gettysburg too! It's not too far from Lancaster but I wouldn't stay here if you were only going to Lancaster. I'd say this is a good central location if you want to get a reasonable rate instead of staying in a busier town.

Tuscany in Carlisle On West Pomfret try Piatto - a truly wonderful dining experience. Almost as good as a trip to Tuscany - but with bring your own wine.
