Lewis and Clark Trail The end of the Lewis and Clark Trail is marked here with a statue and driving loop. Also, aside from being a cute beach town there is a lovely beach.
SAFE PLACE FOR KIDS OF COURSE EVERYONE IS VERY SAFETY CONCIOUIS. WE FOUND THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL GREAT AND FELT COMFORTABLE AS OUR KIDS COULD PLAY ON THE BEACH IN VIEW FROM OUR ROOM.
Dodgem cars??? If determined to visit Seaside, best tto stay at one of the motels on highway.Don't expect any more from Seaside than dodgem cars and a turnaround with a statue of Lewis and Clark. Lots of sand, so kids should be easily amused. Otherwise, better to avoid unless you enjoy one street with kitcshy overpriced imported junk and an aquarium with some goldfish and a seal. All that's available in evening is the beach.Nothing else, however there's always ... dodgem cars.
