Only two complaints: would have like extra, fluffier pillows and more quiet. Staff was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel does need carpet repairs in hallways. We enjoyed walking to all the sites, enjoyed taking the tram for free to get to the Lloyd center. We parked the car once, which was in the hotel parking lot. We would recommend this hotel.
